Right before Christmas 2022 we both had pretty much given up on finding that "special someone." Luckily we both decided to give it one last try and we both reactivated our Facebook dating accounts and we found each other within a couple of days of being back on the site. On December 27th we matched and the "broken road" was completed. We text back and forth for about 4 days before we actually spoke on the phone. Once we connected by phone there was not a day that went by that we didn't talk. Then we met face-to-face for the first time on January 5, 2023 and have been inseparable since. Once we said "I Love You" there hasn't been a day go by that it hasn't been said. We started discussing the idea of marriage in May of 2023 and on October 10, 2023 we announced our engagement publicly. We have shared many ups and downs over the past year and endured more than most couples in their first year. We have traveled and experienced quite a bit together already and are looking forward to the many memories yet to be made. We complete each other, value and respect each other and are each other's peace. We both gain amazing families, children, grandchildren and more. We are blessed. Our hearts and family are complete.
